The Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor, Colorado is a 3,000 acre master-planned development located at the center of one of the fastest growing and most prosperous regions in America. AIP was chosen to create the informational video for this development which gave us the opportunity to show-off our aerial video services! Using 3D Integration and skillful editing, we incorporated architectural renderings into live aerial shots to allow prospective clients to see what buildings will look like on the site. We also created compelling geospatial video tours to illustrate the geography, topography, location and scope of the property. Using graphic overlays, we drew boundaries and positioned the development in relation to cities, airports, geographic features, highways, and the very important Great Western Railway system.
