Showcasing What Lies Beyond the Gates of Taylor Estate

Wonder no more!  Through video production services, AIP is able to take viewers behind the white fence and gate of this 122 acre legacy property near Denver, CO – Taylor Estate.  This spectacularly beautiful and storied home was built in 1932 by the famous Denver architect, Burnham Hoyt, who has a number of his works listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Through detailed storytelling and script writing, AIP paints a picture of the enchanting history of this property.  In 1951, the property was purchased by Vernon Moose Taylor Junior and his extraordinary wife Ann Bonfoey Taylor.  Vernon was a handsome college football star, WWII aviator, served on many corporate boards, and was one of the original investors in Vail.  Ann was an acclaimed equestrian, qualified for the Olympic Ski Team in 1940, flew planes, and trained pilots in WWII.  Possibly best known as a designer and fashion icon, her face graced the cover of hundreds of magazines.

On the grounds of this estate, Vernon and Ann Taylor hosted lavish parties for Royalty and dignitaries such as Prince Phillip, Princess Ann and Henry Kissinger.  The 26 room manor home features 14,000 square feet of luxury at its finest! Imported from an English home, the antique wood paneling in the library is waxed each year from floor to ceiling.  The home has 11 working fireplaces that were lit everyday from September to April when the Taylors were home.  The names of English Kings and US Presidents are painted on the walls of the intimate family dining room where the Taylor boys memorized them while they ate.  Other one-of-a-kind features exists throughout the property, such as a rare German silver sink in the kitchen, and much, much more.  The pinnacle of luxury living, its 122 acres include breathtaking mountain views, century old trees, lake with beach and boating privileges, oval pool, tennis court, 3 staff cottages, stable, water rights, and agricultural status.

A true legacy property…don’t miss the opportunity to view aerial footage of this once in a lifetime property!
